Transformation isn’t difficult, it’s just allowing yourself to feel. It’s understanding your traumas, shame, losses and fears - and allowing yourself to feel the emotions you couldn’t feel in the moment when the traumatic event was taking place. By nature, the shadow is almost impossible to study. It is dangerous, chaotic and always hidden. Illuminating it with the light of consciousness threatens its very life. It is not easy to make the unconscious conscious. Are you ready?
