A lunar calendar is based on the monthly cycles of the moon's phases and it's how our ancestors used to prepare themselves for the upcoming year.

Planning and preparation is one of the key factors in feeling autonomous and empowered. Our sense of calm is dependent on how well-equipped we feel to handle any + all of life's situations, and the key to healing is ritual and intention. I invite you, my Love, to join me for this candlelit evening of both as we prepare together for the year ahead.

📒 In the coming days, make the time to go out and shop for a 2024 diary. Make sure it has the calendar months / weeks inside (it can be a blank calendar, we'll fill it in together). Make this adventure a soul-nourishing one - take yourself out for lunch, indulge in your favourite coffee drink, splurge on a beautiful notebook.

🌙 This free 2.5 hour workshop will teach you about the importance of knowing and understanding the fluctuating energies of the moon phases. 

We'll be discussing the menstrual seasons and you'll learn how to map your menstrual cycle to harness the power of feminine archetypes to represent your ever-changing hormones. 

You'll mark your calendar with the essence of pagan celebrations as well as your chakras - used to draw energy from Mother Nature and the Universe itself, throughout the changing cycles of the year.  🔥📿🪔

A return to nature is a return to our Self.

• Coloured pens / markers
• reliable internet connect
• Zoom platform
• quiet space + personal time
• a warm cup of tea or cocoa
• white candle
• sage / incense / palo santo for cleansing
